Before you can start selling items in Aurore ERP, you need to enter the quantities of the products<\/strong> into your inventory. Here’s how to do that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1: Open the Stock Entry Interface<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  1. From the main menu, go to \u201cTreatment\u201d<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select \u201cStock Document\u201d<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click \u201cNew\u201d<\/strong> to create a new stock document.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. In the popup window, make sure \u201cEntry Movement\u201d<\/strong> is selected.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Click OK<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
    \n\n\n\n

    Step 2: Select the Warehouse<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    1. Choose the warehouse where the stock is being added (e.g., Test Warehouse<\/strong>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Click Validate<\/strong> to confirm the warehouse selection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Enter a reference<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
      \n\n\n\n

      Step 3: Add the Item to the Stock Document<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      1. In the Reference Article<\/strong> field, press Enter<\/strong> on your keyboard.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. A list of all items in your system will appear.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Select the item you want to add (e.g., Power Bank<\/strong>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Click OK<\/strong> to confirm.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
        \n\n\n\n

        Step 4: Enter Quantity<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        1. Once the item appears in the table, go to the Quantity<\/strong> field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Enter the number of units you want to add (e.g., 20<\/code> for 20 Power Banks).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. Click Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          \u2705 The system will now register that 20 Power Banks<\/strong> have been added to stock, with a calculated value based on their unit price (e.g., 100,000 FCFA<\/strong> in total stock value).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Step 5: Finalize the Stock Entry<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          1. Click OK<\/strong> to complete the process.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            • Saved and validated the entry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
