Before you can start selling items in Aurore ERP, you need to enter the quantities of the products into your inventory. Here’s how to do that:
Step 1: Open the Stock Entry Interface
- From the main menu, go to “Treatment”.
- Select “Stock Document”.
- Click “New” to create a new stock document.
- In the popup window, make sure “Entry Movement” is selected.
- Click OK.
Step 2: Select the Warehouse
- Choose the warehouse where the stock is being added (e.g., Test Warehouse).
- Click Validate to confirm the warehouse selection.
- Enter a reference
Step 3: Add the Item to the Stock Document
- In the Reference Article field, press Enter on your keyboard.
- A list of all items in your system will appear.
- Select the item you want to add (e.g., Power Bank).
- Click OK to confirm.
Step 4: Enter Quantity
- Once the item appears in the table, go to the Quantity field.
- Enter the number of units you want to add (e.g.,
20for 20 Power Banks). - Click Save.
✅ The system will now register that 20 Power Banks have been added to stock, with a calculated value based on their unit price (e.g., 100,000 FCFA in total stock value).
Step 5: Finalize the Stock Entry
- Click OK to complete the process.
✅ Summary
You’ve now:
- Opened a stock entry document
- Selected a warehouse
- Added an item (e.g., Power Bank)
- Entered the quantity (e.g., 20 units)
- Saved and validated the entry
Your inventory is now updated and ready for sales transactions.
