How to Activate Your Aurore ERP Account

Step 1: Login to Your Account

  1. Go to https://aurorecloud.com.
  2. On the login window, click “Create an Account” if you don’t have one yet.
  3. Fill in the required details:
    • Full name
    • Username
    • Phone number
    • Email address
    • Password (and confirmation)
    • Nom de l'entreprise
    • Company abbreviation
  4. Click “Register” and log in using your email and password.

Step 2: Understand the Dashboard

Once logged in:

  • You’ll see your user profile with your picture and username.
  • Under Companies, you’ll find the list of companies you’ve created. Aurore ERP allows you to manage multiple companies in one account.
  • There’s also an Archived Companies section for businesses you no longer want to use actively.

Step 3: Activate Your License

  1. On your dashboard, you’ll notice a lock icon or key symbol—this means your account is not yet activated.
  2. Click the “Activate License” button.
  3. Enter your license key in the field provided.
  4. Once submitted, your license will be activated.

Step 4: Configure Users

Let’s say you purchased a license for two users.

  1. Go to the Users section.
  2. By default, your profile will be listed as the first user (e.g., “Lex”).
  3. To add another user:
    • Click “New”
    • Fill in user details (e.g., name: Matt, username: Matt, phone number, email, password).
    • Assign them to a site (optional for now).
    • Click Save.

You’ve now added a new user to your ERP! you can now go back to the window with the list of companies

Step 5: Create Your First Site / Agency

  1. Go to the Agencies / Sites section.
  2. Click “New” to add a new branch.
  3. Fill in the following:
    • Code: e.g., site-post
    • Name: e.g., Post Central
    • Type: Select whether it’s an operational or sales agency
    • Location: e.g., Post Center
    • (Description is optional)
  4. Click Create.

You’ll now see the new agency listed under Sites. You can now go back to the window with the list of companies

Step 6: Start Using Aurore ERP

Once you’ve:

  • Activated your license,
  • Added users, and
  • Created at least one agency,

…you’re ready to start working in Aurore ERP!
Go to the Sites section, select your agency, and click on open
