How to Insert Item Quantities into Stock in Aurore ERP

Before you can start selling items in Aurore ERP, you need to enter the quantities of the products into your inventory. Here’s how to do that:


Step 1: Open the Stock Entry Interface

  1. From the main menu, go to “Treatment”.
  2. Select “Stock Document”.
  3. Click “New” to create a new stock document.
  4. In the popup window, make sure “Entry Movement” is selected.
  5. Click OK.

Step 2: Select the Warehouse

  1. Choose the warehouse where the stock is being added (e.g., Test Warehouse).
  2. Click Validate to confirm the warehouse selection.
  3. Enter a reference

Step 3: Add the Item to the Stock Document

  1. In the Reference Article field, press Enter on your keyboard.
  2. A list of all items in your system will appear.
  3. Select the item you want to add (e.g., Power Bank).
  4. Click OK to confirm.

Step 4: Enter Quantity

  1. Once the item appears in the table, go to the Quantity field.
  2. Enter the number of units you want to add (e.g., 20 for 20 Power Banks).
  3. Click Save.

✅ The system will now register that 20 Power Banks have been added to stock, with a calculated value based on their unit price (e.g., 100,000 FCFA in total stock value).


Step 5: Finalize the Stock Entry

  1. Click OK to complete the process.

✅ Summary

You’ve now:

  • Opened a stock entry document
  • Selected a warehouse
  • Added an item (e.g., Power Bank)
  • Entered the quantity (e.g., 20 units)
  • Saved and validated the entry

Your inventory is now updated and ready for sales transactions.
